Wilson R Molina Jr., MD, graduated from theFederal University of São Paulo, School of Medicine in São Paulo, Brazil in 1996. Following medical school, Dr.Molina completedhis general surgery training in 1998 and then his Urology residency training in 2002 at the same institution in São Paulo, Brazil. Dr.Molina completed his fellowship in endourology and laparoscopy at the prestigiousGlickman Urological Institute atCleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland ,Ohio in 2003 and joined the faculty of the Division of Urology/Department of Surgery atABC Medical School, one of the best private schools of Medicine in São Paulo. He also joined the Kidney Transplantation Team atAlbert Einstein Jewish Hospital, the best private hospital in Brazil. In2008, Dr. Molina came back to the US where he completed his second fellowship in Urology- minimally invasive surgeryat University of Colorado, Denver Health MedicalCenter and joined the faculty at the same institution in September 2009.

Dr.Molina's clinical interests are in the areas of endourology (stone disease),laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery of the adrenal gland, kidney, prostate and bladder, renal transplantation, renovascular surgery, urologic trauma, prostate and renal disease and penile cancer. Dr.Molina has publishedseveral papers especially in minimally invasive surgery in Urology. He was one of the pioneers describing a minimally invasive surgical technique to treat patients with penile cancer. Since he started as the chief of Endourology at the Denver Health Medical Center, Dr.Molina isfocusing primary in treating patients with complex stone disease and started developing clinical and basic research on this particular field
